Each T-Rail Frame Corner Frame Comes With All of the Neccessary Hardware To Build The PVC Sign Frame as Shown in the Picture. It Does Not Include a Substrate. We do Route The Rails and Posts to Accept the Substrate Thickness You Plan to Use.
